I was driving home last night down Fassaugh Ave when a navy-blue car suddenly reversed out of a lane in front of me. While I was waiting for him to move he let his mate out. Yer man is just sitting in the road blocking me, I’m about to blow my horn when he takes a quick look around slaps a flashing blue light on the roof of his car and tears off after his mate! It was like a scene from TV. I couldn’t believe it they were playing cops & robbers like you did when you were a kid except this version is played at high speed and is more dangerous.
This is getting crazy.
Cabra is a highly residential area with loads of kids all ages running about. Its a miracle no-one has been hurt yet. How long before the inevitable happens. The place is wild; there just aren’t enough Gardaí to police it properly.
Just another item on an already long list of why I don’t want to raise my kid in Cabra.
