I spotted this under a railway bridge on Pearse Street in Dublin. It by one of the more talented graffiti artists around Dublin: Asbestos. It’s composed of chinese newspapers pasted on the wall with i think a stencil of a mer-zebra a hybrid of a mermaid and zebra. I love the contrast of the black han characters with the paint. Hope to see more of this work around.
