I took this in Malahide Estuary on Monday. If anybody reading this is ever in Dublin, Ireland check out the estuary. There are about thirty or so swans and they’re very tame, especially if you have some bread on you they’ll take it out of your hand!
It was a complete fluke that it turned out at all. I was taking a picture of something else when Alan, a friend of mine told me to turn around quickly. I spun around and saw these two swans fighting as they were starting to fly. I was lucky my camera was already setup to go as I shot this from the hip. A little cropping and I’m very pleased with it. Looks much better than it did on the camera’s LCD screen.
